Becoming an E Corp
The E Corp Effectiveness Assessment is the most reliable framework for organisations to measure how well they're creating the environment required for efficacy.

Certifying as an E Corp is the only certification that measures an organisation's entire employee and governance ecosystem. From the entire employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding and progression process, to workplace inclusion, behaviours in working practices and investment in the next generation of potential advertisers, the certification proves your business is best placed to provide the highest standards of creativity and strategy needed by clients.

For those beginning their journey to E Corp certification, we provide training for all areas of assessment, as well as a community for candidate recruitment, support and best practice sharing.
Certification requirements
Key assessment areas
Candidate search
E Corps are required to actively engage with networks and associations supporting working class advertisers, to ensure diverse and equitable recruitment pipelines.
Job descriptions and shortlisting
E Corps' roles are open to non-degree holders (with certain exceptions) and follow a points-based shortlisting framework, with additional points for those from working class backgrounds.
Proportion of roles ringfenced to be remote, to include employees from other UK regions.
Interviews
Interviews are conducted with our Parityâ„¢ app. AI technology disguises the accent of both the candidate and interviewing panel to ensure assessments are 'class deaf'.
Progression frameworks
Progression to senior roles focus less on cultural and linguistic capital, and emphasise evidenced skills, both technical and 'soft'. Employees prove these skills through CPD modules taken whilst working.
Psychological safety and equity
E Corps agree to monitor their meetings through the Parityâ„¢ app, noting how often non-standard UK accents are heard and how often employees are credited for their ideas.
Workplace inclusion
Emphasis on a collaborative culture across the business, rewarding cooperation.
Social / team building activities do not rely on exclusionary cultural capital and are accessible for all.
Senior management composition
A business receives maximum assessment scores when their senior management reflects the class diversity of the UK working population.
