PHASE 4: Service
Knowing most participants continued to experience busy schedules, we booked in 30 minute informal interviews.
Initially, we presented the prototype web pages at the start of the interview. Wondering whether this was taking up too much time, we sent it in advance for later interviews, although with a couple of exceptions we still needed to run through the concepts.
Questions included asking participants to imagine their organisation becoming an E Corp, with follow up questions such as:
What problems can you envisage in implementing this?
Do you think becoming an E Corp could cause problems?
What problems do you think it would solve?
What sort of agencies would it suit?
What sort of clients would it attract?
